History:
Natalie is committed to handling her clients’ cases with both compassion and skill. Originally from Lilburn, Georgia, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, at Furman University in 2008. In 2012, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. Between her undergraduate studies and law school, she volunteered as an English teacher in Senegal and as a human rights intern in Ghana. During law school, she served as Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review and as Chapter Vice President for the International Law Students Association. Also while in law school, she gained valuable litigation experience by interning at Legal Aid Justice Center, where she defended against wrongful evictions, and at the Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, where she assisted in handling the domestic violence docket.

She joined our firm in 2012 shortly after being admitted to the Virginia State Bar and she is glad to have found a field that incorporates her interest in service-oriented work. She is trained in the field of Collaborative Law and while she takes pride in her trial advocacy work, she believes Collaborative Law is a valuable method for meeting the unique needs of families. Natalie lives in the Museum District, with her husband, Will, and their pug, Walter, and enjoys swimming, hiking and other outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
